PAYMENT

Payment via PayPal & Credit/Debit Card can be made via the link to the PayPal website and transacted in the usual way and your purchase will be sent to you on receipt of payment from PayPal.

Payment via Direct Bank Transfer.  If this method is chosen, the bank payment details for Karen Athey t/a Tumbled Treasure will be provided at the checking out stage and you must then ensure that you contact your bank either Online or by Telephone, to finalise the purchase.  All Bank Transfer payments must be initiated within 24 hours of ordering, or the order will be cancelled.  Your purchase will be sent to you once the transferred amount has been cleared.

Payment by Cheque.   Purchases made by Cheque will not be shipped until the cheque has been received and then cleared by the bank.

 

SHIPPING

Where possible, your item will be shipped within 24 hours of payment and should arrive as follows:

  • UK shipments within 2-3 working days from the day of shipment.
  • EU shipments within 3-5 working days from the day of shipment.
  • International shipments within 5-7 days from the day of shipment.

If you would like your item more quickly, I am happy to arrange for it to be sent by express post if required, please contact me for further details (see contact page).

 

FREE GIFT SERVICE

I am happy to ship your purchase direct to your loved ones.  A personal message and gift wrapping, can also be requested.

To use this service, please email any message you would like included with your gift and let me know if you would also like your item gift wrapped.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Though returned items are seldom received, I understand if the size or colour of your sea glass piece does not meet your expectations.  If you need to return an item, please contact me using the details provided on the contact page

Please Note – All returns and/or exchanges, must be received within 15 days of the return request!!

All return items must be undamaged and in their original condition and packaging, including a copy of the sales receipt.  Items will be Returned or Exchanged as follows:

Ready Made Orders – can be exchanged for up to 21 days from the date of purchase. Please Note that you are responsible for the return postage cost and insurance, unless otherwise agreed.

Custom Made Sea Glass Jewellery – (Or jewellery altered to order specifications) cannot be returned, but can be exchanged for up to 21 days from the date of purchase. Please Note that you are responsible for the return postage cost and insurance, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns for Refund – items may be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase and where necessary, a Full Refund should be made within 7 days of receiving the returned item – Refund of sales price ONLY (less shipping charges) will be applied.  An email will be sent to you to confirm when the refund has been processed.

 

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

Repairs * – due to faulty workmanship will be promptly repaired and returned at no additional cost, for up to 30 days from the purchase price.  Please contact me using the details on the contact page to discuss the work required.  If item is unrepairable, an exchange or full refund will be made. (glass breakage, normal wear and tear, sizing – NOT INCLUDED)

Please note that any shipping costs will be refunded, as long as a copy of the postage receipt is included with the returned item or a good/clear copy can be emailed to me.

Alterations * – If an alteration to the piece you have purchased is required, please contact me within 15 days of purchase, using the details on the contact page to discuss the work required and whether it can be done.  A charge will be made for this service…

* Cost of Services – Alterations, all other repairs and resizing of jewellery, will be charged at a minimum fee of £10 per hour, plus shipping and insurance.  Sterling Silver Chains that cannot be repaired, are replaceable for up to 21 days following purchase.  Silver Plated Chains are not warranted.

 

ALL RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REPAIRS

To receive the above service, ALL items must be postmarked within the times indicated above, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed and agreed to
